Doxxing the person, not the character
The jump from disliking a fictional portrayal to locating and publishing a real person's address. The word had to be invented for a grievance that used to be settled by writing a letter.
The escalation everyone predicted and nobody predicted the timing of. Note what the parasocial frame does here: the audience is not attached to the person being targeted, they are attached to somebody playing them. The harm lands on a human who did not choose to be a character.
