Somewhere between the anniversary counter and this doorbell there is a line, and it is not blurry for the person on the other side of it.
I am not going to do the thing where I explain this away, and I notice that every parasocial site quietly routes around this aisle, which is the single biggest reason those sites are still not taken seriously. I made a video about living with Pennywise because the fictional version of this is genuinely how a shared fear works. The real version has a name and an address. This card does not have a due-back date and it never will.
