Two words that are not the same thing. Sourced means a person read the citation and stood behind it. Retrieved means the link resolves, which is a statement about a URL and not about the world. Most of the gap above is the second kind of problem: the claim is written and the reference exists, but nobody has fetched the reference or checked it against the sentence.
